Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products for an exchange or refund†, at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, within 90 days of purchase. Our 90 Day Return Policy We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. Clothing must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for return. If a product is defective, we will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt. Products requiring fuel or liquids may not be returned once the fuel or liquids have been added (must also be in new, unused condition). In some cases, products shipping directly from the supplier must be returned directly to the supplier. Please contact the supplier regarding any warranty issues or return requests not eligible for return. If you need assistance, please email us at support@jumbosbaitandtackle.com and we will be glad to help. †For Returns Without Proof of Purchase: For products returned without proof of purchase (in the case of a gift), we will gladly exchange the product for an identical product or issue a refund in the form of a Jumbo’s Bait & Tackle store credit, using the lowest price offered in the last 365 days plus applicable sales tax. Exceptions Jumbo’s Bait & Tackle operates in alignment with our returns policy, Vision, and Values when processing returns and asks our Customers to do the same. We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges. Other restrictions may apply.

Incorrect Product Information/Questions

Product information is available for all products on their specific product page. You are able to find an overview of the product, product specifications, and important shipping information applicable to all products. Some products have additional photos. If you feel like there is any incorrect product information, or have suggestions on how to make the product information better, please contact customersupport@jumbosbaitandtackle.com. This is the most efficient way to provide feedback to our product information team. If you have a question about how to best use the product or some other question that other product owners might be able to answer, please contact us. We will be offering a blog with reviews and how-tos for products on our site. If the blog does not contain information you need contact customer support. If you see any product information that you think is incorrect, please let us know at customersupport@jumbosbaitandtackle.com. We will verify information prior to making any changes and reserve the right to correct incorrect information on our website.

Promo Codes

Promotion Codes (or promotion code) is a coupon code used to receive discounts from Jumbo's Bait & Tackle. Promo codes are not always available and are only valid for a limited time. Where do I find promo codes? Promo codes are usually emailed directly to Customers who have signed up to receive Promotional emails from Jumbo's Bait & Tackle. Please check your email preferences if you are signed up and did not received a promo code. If you'd like to sign up for alerts, please submit your email address in the form at the bottom of any page. How do I use a promo code? Usually, some conditions must be met to apply a promo code, such as a minimum order amount, or certain types of products, so you must pay attention to the details of the promo. The code may be entered in The Shopping Cart page. If the conditions are met and the code is valid, you will see a discount reflected on your order total.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. APO/FPO ADDRESSES: Due to shipping restrictions, Jumbo's Bait & Tackle is not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you would like to receive our products we can ship to a stateside military base (or other address) that is not an APO/FPO address. If you have any questions, please Contact Us. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to the variety of regulations controlling shipments outside the U.S. we are unable to process international orders.

Warranty

Most major brand name products purchased from Jumbo’s Bait & Tackle are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer.
